The CSV report contains Application Name, Path, Version, and Device Name.

Resolved an issue for iOS devices where the Declarative OS status response of prepared from an iOS devices could result in a schedule os update MDM command. Resolved an error where some devices going through automated device enrollment with custom branding failed with "could not get enrollment profile". Some users who tried to enroll may still have cached errors during enrollment that manifest as "device machine information is empty".

These are steps to follow if the client is encountering issues enrolling devices while custom branding is enabled.

**Note:** Before following the steps below, make sure you have saved and synced the ADE configuration again if you intend to retry with custom branding enabled. If you choose to remove custom branding and then perform step 3, it should reliably resolve the issue.

1. Go Back on the Setup Assistant Wizard
   Attempt to restart the enrollment by going back to the beginning of the setup assistant wizard. This might reset the process and allow enrollment to proceed.

2. Restart the Device
   Restart the affected device and try the enrollment process again. While basic, this step can sometimes clear minor glitches.

3. **Reset the Device Using Apple Configurator**
   Use Apple Configurator to erase and reset the device. This will force the device to fetch the enrollment profile from Apple Device Enrollment (ADE) again, potentially resolving configuration issues tied to branding.

Explanation:
When custom branding is enabled, the device sends its information in the request headers. This data is used to redirect the request and load our custom Webview, with the device information passed as query parameters. An issue with the encoding of the base64 value has caused problems for some devices during this process.
However, when custom branding is disabled, the device communicates directly with the server, and the device information is sent in the request body instead of the headers. This is why the error does not occur when custom branding is not enabled.
