Addigy Conditional Access via Microsoft Partner compliance management now supports iPhone and iPad, in addition to Mac.

This is a separate opt-in and requires additional configuration to enable. Once set up and registered, iPhone and iPad devices report their compliance state to Microsoft, so access to protected apps and data is granted or denied according to your Conditional Access policies.

This functionality requires Addigy Self Service for iPhone and iPad v1.1.0 or later. Apple's app distribution process may take some time to roll the latest version out across all devices.

We've heard your feedback and are starting a few requested improvements to Dashboards and Reports (and what makes them different). For this release we're going to start the separation between Dashboards and Reports. Dashboards are when you need to see the *current* status of your environment. They include the System, Executive, Events, and Applications. We've also added a new Maintenance Dashboard and moved the Monitoring Dashboard into the Dashboards. This collects several views together that are common daily health checks.

The Reports tab contains all the historical data views (Compliance, Software, Addigy Usage) as well as any of your own custom ones. This is where you look at trends over time and other visualizations to help you look at a bigger picture.

If you use a third-party integration with Addigy:
Your integration vendor should have already reached out to request that you supply API v2 credentials. If your vendor has not contacted you about providing an API v2 key, please reach out to them directly for next steps. Without API v2 credentials in place by June 30, the integration will break.

When prompted by your integration provider, follow our guide to supply your new API v2 credentials.

Silent FileVault Login Unlock and End User Device Assignment are now generally available.

Two Addigy Identity features have moved from beta to the production channel. Both are opt-in and must be enabled by an administrator at the policy level in Identity settings; neither turns on automatically.

Silent FileVault Login Unlock: Lets FileVault-enabled Macs bypass the FileVault pre-boot screen on the next restart and go directly to the Addigy Identity login window, giving end users a single Identity login experience after signing in. Additional context is shown in the Identity configuration UI before enabling.

End User Device Assignment: For organizations using Addigy's end user directory syncing through SCIM, administrators can enable automatic device assignment when a user signs in to Addigy Identity, keeping device inventory aligned with the correct end user based on your identity provider.

Update Policy List Page to Display New Policy List Alternative As Default

Roll out the improved Policies List experience to all customers. After running in production for selected accounts and earning consistently positive feedback through extensive validation, the new experience is being promoted to general availability — replacing the legacy page as the default.

What customers on the legacy page will notice with this change:

- A new page header with a short description of what policies do.
- Faster load times, especially on accounts with many policies or several optional columns enabled. Optional column data (Azure/Intune, OneView, Identity, MDM, ADE, Apps & Books, integrations) is fetched only when those columns are turned on, and runs in parallel.
- Lazy-loaded policy list. Large policy lists no longer render all rows at once — the table loads an initial batch and progressively adds more as the user scrolls. Time-to-interactive is significantly faster on accounts with hundreds or thousands of policies.
- Search enhancements. Search input is now debounced, so the table updates once the user stops typing rather than re-filtering on every keystroke. Combined with optimized lookup logic, search across large or deeply nested policy trees is noticeably more responsive, with a brief loading state while results are computed.
- A more accurate loading indicator — the loader stays until the table is fully ready and re-appears briefly while search runs.
- Instant return when navigating away and back to Policies; the policy tree is no longer re-fetched and re-built from scratch.

Note for users who rely on browser Find (Cmd/Ctrl + F):
Because the policy list is now lazy-loaded, only the rows currently rendered on screen are searchable by your browser's built-in find. Rows further down the list aren't in the page yet and won't be matched. To search across all of your policies, please use the search field at the top of the Policies page — it queries the full policy list, including rows that haven't been rendered yet.

The minimum OS version at Automated Device Enrollment has received a revamp. It now uses the publicly available catalog from Apple's CDN. The desired minimum version is now picked via a dropdown that populates from that catalog. Additionally, a KEEP TO LATEST option is available so you can set and forget about the setting your ADE configuration so that any new enrollments always force the device up to the latest available from the OS catalog from Apple.

Limit the Number of Prebuilt App Notifications to One Every 4 or 8 Hours.

This release limits the amount of Prebuilt App notifications to sending a notification for only one app every 4 or 8 hours (depending on what is configured in the policy settings). If a device is in multiple policies with Prebuilt Apps configured with conflicting settings - the most restrictive setting (4 hours) will be respected regardless of inheritance. This change does not affect behavior for closed apps.

Previously we would notify once for each open app, every 4 or 8 hours, causing notification fatigue.

Validate iOS Benchmark Profile Deployment Before Reporting Compliance

iOS benchmark compliance now waits for confirmation that the profile was successfully installed on the device before reporting compliant. Previously, a device was marked compliant as soon as the profile was sent, which could hide install failures caused by policy conflicts or missing dependent keys.

This gives a more accurate view of iOS compliance and supports upcoming iOS Conditional Access functionality.

Heads up: some iOS devices that currently show as compliant may switch to non-compliant after this update. The new status reflects the actual install state of the profile. Resolving the underlying install issue (for example, a conflicting policy setting) will return the device to compliant.

MDM Profiles has been updated to Device Settings across the Addigy UI. This is a name change only. All functionality, workflows, and capabilities remain exactly the same for deployment of MDM Profiles. Added functionality of Declaration Objects will be coming in an upcoming release. With this change you will be able to deploy both MDM Profiles and Declaration objects to any device that supports them in a Policy.

Note: To continue deploying MDM Profiles no action is required on your part. Any existing MDM Profiles saved as Device Settings are unaffected by this rename.

Support for Installing iOS Apps on macOS Silicon Devices

When using iOS/iPadOS device local backups via USB there can be issues restoring backups with iOS/iPadOS 26+ because OS 26 change behavior the that is forcing restoring the enrollment profile to devices. This release adds the do_not_use_profile_from_backup key so device backups can be restored WITHOUT the enrollment profile to allow for enrollment of other devices etc. with apps and device data from old/loaner/etc. devices.

Prior to this release if an MDM Profile was in a policy but was originally deployed through a one-off workflow (like GoLive or Assist) prior to the device being in the Policy of the Profile being added to the policy, removing the device from said Policy with the profile in question will not remove the profile. This release makes a logic change so the removal any relevant policy-deployed profiles when a device is unassigned from the policy regardless of initial deployment methodology.

Inform Users When Apps and Books Token Is Being Used in Another MDM Provider That Is Not Addigy

A new warning will appear if Addigy detects an Apple Apps token in another MDM server. Apple Apps tokens should only be uploaded to one MDM at a time, having a token in multiple MDM servers can cause applications to stop deploying and updating. The warning will display everywhere in the product where Apple Apps is displayed. It allows admins to create a randomized enrollment URL that can be rotated at will and secured with an optional passcode. When an Apple Apps token is uploaded to Addigy we will check whether the Token is in another MDM server- if it is we will display a warning that the token is in use in another server, what the token location is, and to confirm that it has been removed from that server. An Apple Apps token should only be in one MDM server at a time, or there could be interruptions to the application deployment.

With this release OS 26+ will pull both IMEI values (1 and 2) from the servicesubscriptions vs. IMEI 1 from Device info as done historically, and IEMI 2 from the servicesubscriptions as it only ever existed there.

Update and Add to the Age Rating System for Apps in Restrictions Profile

App ratings have been adjusted to align with this new system and will be reflected on Apple devices running a minimum of iOS 26, iPadOS 26, macOS Tahoe 26, tvOS 26, visionOS 26, and watchOS 26. The updated age rating system adds 13+, 16+, and 18+ to the existing 4+ and 9+ ratings for macOS 15 and older and iOS/iPadOS 18 and older.
